TrueWorldAccess – A New Path

Advancing technology is driving the internet now and into the future

What we are doing about it, and the costs to make it happen

The Marketplace

  • Over the last 5 – 10 years offshore competition (there are hundreds of them) has driven the price of standard website design and development projects so low that USA companies cannot compete on price.
  • New technologies are changing the way the internet works
  • Customer expectations are increasingly driven by millennials
  • Sites must now have new content regularly
  • 3D is a hot technology with millennials. It has been around for several years, but it has been cost prohibitive for smaller companies
  • But “The times, they are a’changing”!

Todays Technologies

  • “Look d’jour” changes at least every year. All websites must stay “fresh”
  • Resources and tools for new technology are available now from Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Dimensions, Blender, AutoCad, and others

Our Response

  • New 3D rendering software like TinkerCad (AutoCAD) Adobe Dimensions, and Blender, allows entry into new markets including creating physical 3D products on Machine Tool equipment at a small fraction of the existing cost and turn around time, reversing the old offshore advantage. We will not be using these manufacturing tools, but our clients and especially their clients will, and that is our target market for our new 3D products.
  • “Buzz” about the new 3D market includes articles like 3dnatives.com/en/3d-printing-knitware-220720215/ and 3d-natives.com
  • Original digital and free form art capabilities (we have 3 individuals working with us now) is a precious asset for unique new services. The field of competitors that can produce professional digital and physical paint, sketching, and statuary art, is much smaller than regular design services.
  • To promote Our Response, we are contacting all past, current and potentially new clients.
  • We will expand the 3D page on our website to include our message.

For Income, after the first 6 months, we assume an average sale to be $1000 – $3000 (our historical sales price). Initially, we assume that the only employee is myself at a salary of $1200/month. If income allows, we will need at least 1 additional employee at a salary of $2000/month to help implement the sales and marketing of the project.
