We use these tools to create a unique and effective website presence for you.

HTML

Web pages, the building blocks of websites, are documents, composed in plain text interspersed with formatting instructions. The language the page is built with is Hypertext Markup Language (html). These documents are stored, and read in a file on your computer by your website “browser” like Google Chrome, MicroSoft Explorer, FireFox or Safari. These documents have the extension “some-page.html” and the “home page” is usually named “index.html”. HTML is the standard markup language for Web pages and HTML5 is it’s latest version.

It is simple to learn the basics of HTML, but it gets quite complex as functionality is added.

Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) is the language used for describing the presentation of an HTML page. CSS3 is the latest version and it is a cornerstone technology of the World Wide Web, along with HTML5 and JavaScript.

JavaScript is the most popular and widely used “client-side” scripting language. Client-side scripting refers to scripts that run on your web browser. You are the “client”. JavaScript is designed to add interactivity and dynamic effects to the web pages by manipulating the content returned from a web server. JavaScript was originally developed as “LiveScript” by Netscape in the mid 1990s. It was later renamed “JavaScript” in 1995. You might think that JavaScript came from JAVA, a programming language that has been around since before the internet. But it has nothing to do with JAVA. It became an ECMA standard in 1997. Now JavaScript is the standard client-side scripting language for web-based applications, and it is supported by virtually all web browsers available today, such as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, etc. JavaScript has many versons and addon tools including jQuery, React, Angular, JSON, AJAX, and W3.JS

PHP is a web site server scripting language (it runs remotely on the web site server), and is a powerful tool for making dynamic and interactive Web pages. PHP may be paired with the MySQL database system. PHP and MySQL are very widely-used on small and medium sized websites (even some large ones) and especially on industry standard Content Management systems such as WordPress and Joomla!. PHP7 is the latest stable release.

The “Benz Patent Motorwagen” was the first automobile entirely designed to generate its own power.

Benz’s lifelong hobby brought him to a bicycle repair shop in Mannheim owned by Max Rose and Friedrich Wilhelm Eßlinger. In 1883, the three founded a new company producing industrial machines: Benz & Companie Rheinische Gasmotoren-Fabrik, usually referred to as Benz & Cie. Quickly growing to twenty-five employees. The Benz Patent-Motorwagen (“patent motorcar”), built in 1885, is widely regarded as the world’s first production automobile, designed to be propelled by an internal combustion engine. The original cost of the vehicle in 1885 was 600 imperial German marks, approximately 150 US dollars (equivalent to $4,268 in 2019). Benz unveiled his invention to the public on 3 July 1886, on the Ringstrasse in Mannheim. About 25 Patent-Motorwagen were built between 1886 and 1893.
For the second straight year, the South Side of Chicago has a potential stud outfielder knocking on the door of the majors. It was Eloy Jimenez last year. Robert gets the nod this year, and he has the potential to be even better, as he possesses not only power but speed. Until 2019, the power was more projection than production, but that changed quickly, with 32 combined home runs across three levels and an additional 43 other extra-base hits.

Why does a Website Need to be Responsive?

A “responsive website” is a normal website, but one that was built to display the site content so that it looks good on any device and any size screen. All websites should be done or redone as a “Responsive” website.
